Hello,
I got as a present a Aura H2o, which isn`t working. You can just see the cover of a book an some stripes on the screen and that the book is read to 76%.
Nothing happens more.

May it be possible to repair this by installing a new Image, and is there an image?

Just the question, if anybody knows, what is wrong with the Reader.
