I lost a prepaid to Kobo once. Green Dot called it fraud because I bought ten or more books in an hour. I never got the money left on it either. Here's the funny thing two years prior I bought 300 books from Harlequin all separate transactions in a couple days with the same card. They had a $5 off reusable coupon. So each book was about a quarter.
