3rd image says you have 'A' plugboard, not what it does. For that, you need to select the plugboard: click edit (which populates the right side). Then we can see what in your screen capture
But I suspect it is the MTP device
What does Calibre say at the bottom whe the device is attached?
Change that MTP... to that
