The Beta Features available were:
- Web Browser
- Chess
- Sudoku
- SketchPad
I wanted to have Unblock It as well, so I manually updated to version 3.19.5761.
Chess disappeared, but, along with the old ones, a new game appeared: Unblock It.
Chess was still on my home screen, but didn't open when I tapped it.
After that, I updated to version 4.9.11314, and no Beta Features disappeared.
In fact, one new Beta Feature appeared: Large Print Mode (just makes fonts larger).
After that, I updated to the latest ever version: 4.10.11655.
No new Beta Features.
In fact, something wrong with the screen.
It goes distorted in some areas.
None of those versions had Solitaire or Word Find.
Just wondering, David, what version does your Glo run on?
Is it any of the versions mentioned?
So, do games vary according to firmware version, or device?

All of that is expected. Chess was available early on, but removed somewhere in the 3.x firmware. It could be run for a couple of extra firmware versions, but, stopped working somewhere before 3.19.x.
I think Unblock It was added somewhere in the late 2.x firmware. It has been there for a long time, so I don't remember exactly when. I'm surprised it isn't on the Mini with the 4.x firmware. Of course, on the Touch and Glo, Unblock It is on the second page of the beta features. On the Aura H2O, it is on the first page.
Word Scramble isn't on the Touch, but is on the Glo and Aura H2O. I don't remember if it was ever on the Touch.
"Large Print Mode" is the last beta feature to be added.
As to firmware version, I am running a 4.10.x firmware on all my devices.
As to the screen corruption, there might have been a kernel or driver change needed. I don't remember hearing of any problems, but, until the next release for the other Mark 4 devices, I would suggest going back to the working firmware.
