LOL, those two don't scare easily. They aren't afraid of loud, sudden sounds. They're not afraid of the loud steam iron my mother uses, in fact they came running when she started ironing. They might stay back and observe something, such as the floor Swiffer, before getting close.
They aren't allowed outside the living room yet. Beneath the door at the top of the stairs down to the store there's a big gap on one side, they can get underneath it and we don't want them to go down into the store yet. So we first have to make a doorstep to close up that gap. I expect that to happen tomorrow. In the past week I've been kitten proofing my rooms in preparation.
