In Firefox, click on the button called "Subscribe to a web page" (You might press the Alt-key, then browse to "bookmarks" to see "subscribe to a web page"). When you have clicked, you are redirected to an ugly page with a violet header. Copy the URL in the URL-bar.
1) Create an account on the website ifttt.com (IF That Then That dot com)
2) Create a new applet on IFTTT : choose "RSS feed" then "New feed item", paste the RSS-Feed URL, then choose add to Pocket, connect to your Pocket account if needed, etc.
3) Connect your Kobo to your Pocket account. Then synchronise your Kobo. This will only add new publications to your Pocket account, not existing ones, so you will have to wait until something was published on your website.
Naturally you can repeat that how many times you want for several websites by creating each time a new applet.
