I couldn't figure out how to do it so I just 'dd' copied my nook to my hard drive. When I copied them back I still had to re-download all the ones that I bought through B&N. I swear there was a way to just copy them in Calibre and when you put them back on the DRM ones were intact, I couldn't read them in my calibre library but when put back onto my nook they were fine.
Anyway, I just needed to do it because the update for my nook took up over half the space so I had to delete my books from it. It wasn't a big deal re-downloading 50+ books from B&N, I'm just always worried they won't have the book I bought and I'll just loose it.
