It does it to me as well. Not deleting my cookies when exiting my browser stopped it from happening. However I prefer to automatically delete cookies upon exiting, so it happens every time, i.e., if you're visiting in 'private' mode or deleting cookies when you close your browser it'll probably keep happening.

It has always occurred when I travel. In those cases I presume it's picking up on my IP address and deciding I might not be me.

Unlike the previous poster, it doesn't do it multiple times in a row except on rare occasions. Never figured out what is different to cause that.
