Hello,

I've used my Kobo H20 edition 2 a lot last week - like 6-7 hrs per day to read (being in vacation).

I've noticed that like in the first days 2-3 times per day the behavior was liked:
- screen becomes unresponsive - when I had to turn the pages or do a highlight or a search in the dictionary
- solved by putting the reader into Sleeping mode - close the cover
Then I restart the reader and for the next days the problem went off.

But...this week I noticed same behavior (screen freezes and unresponsive) while navigating in the menu.

So...any ideas how to fix this? Should I return the reader? Any way to debug or find out more?
