That says it detected a Calibre Library structure in that flder.
As it says STD is not the way to back up a Library. Ever file is logged in the DB. If you change one, the DB becomes junk (AKA your Library (not the books) is toast )

STD should only save to a non-Library structure (NO folder names ending in (33) or Metadata.db )
