Same here, actually. So far, even my paid apps are working fine on the Mars, without Play Store. (I don't know how long my good fortune will last!) The only reason for me to have Play Store is to make sure my paid apps keep working and that all my apps get updated as needed.

I'd love to see the auto-refresh bug on third party apps get fixed. It's not that bad, in that it doesn't make text hard to read, but it's there.
