I remembered that you had the same issue, but not that they gave you an extra coupon, or I might have asked for it in the chat. But, frankly, I was happy with the expiration date change--I was ordering a mediocre book just so as not to lose the coupon balance; this way, I can wait for some sale or daily deal or Whispersync price that appeals.
When I gave feedback, I did complain that Audible should have resolved the underlying issue since I knew I wasn't the first person who'd had trouble with the way the coupon was applied, and blasted them for their piecemeal approach.
