To begin with: Address 10 (172, 192) is a non-routable address.
Next: Many ISP prevent public side loopback (you can't call yourself, from the same line)

But it looks like you may have gotten a tiny bit past the intial connection

You might be able to test from your Mobile (WiFi off) using the 3/4g Data connection.
