If you single click the Sharing over the net icon, you will see the public IP (and port), next to STOP the server.

Somehow, I don't think the OP would be running Arch without knowing at the very least that 127.0.0.1 refers to localhost.

I'm not familiar with Arch but have you checked if it has firewall rules blocking the server? Even on Windows, the firewall default for running servers is blocked unless explicitly allowed.
