I have several computers, most of them with Linux. I use Calibre mainly on Arch. The current version is 3.32.0-1.
Recently I tried to start the Content Server. On the same machine with Firefox I can access the library of Calibre with
http://127.0.0.1:8080 or by entering the IP address of the computer itself.
However, from another computer or ebook reader I can't.
The browser says it is connecting, but after a while it runs out of connection time.
If instead I start the server on another computer with Linux Fedora (and with another copy of the Calibre library) everything works fine and I access from computers, tablets, readers, shavers
... etc. The Fedora version is 3.29.0.
The two systems are on the same network of course.
Where can I start investigating why the web server running on Arch is not accessible?
