I get so tired of Audible issues. This time I wanted to cash in $15 of soon to expire $20 in credit and picked out two books totaling $15.43. But Audible was going to charge the 43¢ to my credit card instead of using my total coupon balance. Back to chat! it wasn't the 43¢, but I didn't want something to be going on with my last $5.
The upshot is that $5 more was added to my account and no doubt I'll have a problem using my total $9.57 in credit when the time comes. I spend an insane amount of time in chat with Audible. I wish it would just work right the first time.
