Interesting story from 1969. Many of his high tech elements have become commonplace in today's sci-fi. The plot is more about human psychology and behavior. I would never live in a maze with life threatening hazards but the author cleverly developed a man who would even when offered other choices. I found it briefly thought-provoking. Rated C [3 stars].

Department 19 by Will Hill a GR recommendation because I read and enjoyed
Lockdown. Something about Frankenstein, Abraham Lincoln, Nazis and Victorian England.
