Sadly both of these books by Hammett and Chandler are from Canada’s Public Domain site
pgdpcanada. If you preview the books and scroll to the top you will see the Distributed Proofreaders Canada eBook statement. IMHO a third party seller is using Amazon to profit from a freely distributed book in Canada but still under copyrite in the US.
