I do, often (say that...obviously, yup, "Change Order" is practically my middle name). The issue nearly always seems to be that we get some solid image, not the source files. I mean...imagine, if you will, a lovingly-made image, something like, say, tiger stripes, as the background for a wraparound book cover, that smoothly goes from the leading edge of the front cover, to the trailing edge of the back. Without the source files, the layers that make up that cover, I have NO way of "fixing it" without ruining it.
It's disheartening, to say the least. And,

I just...I know you guys have listened to me say this for years, and I should be over it, but...what happened to people? Why can't they just READ and follow instructions? When did people get to be so damn DUMB????
