Another suggestion: This thread started for the purpose of getting the PID into Calibre. Did you think about contacting Bookeen about how to get the PID from the device? After all, it should be in their interest to get more software to support Mobi DRM (I'm thinking about Linux...), so why should they withhold that information?
I sent them a request for the BCDs used by the Cybook when I first started the Cybook driver. I never got a response. So, don't hold your breath with getting that kind of info from them.
