Moon+Reader works, chrome doesn't (I would rather use firefox).

A case is included! Will be getting mine delivered beteeen 9/17-9/20; should be sooner as NV is not that far from CA even if it is done by DHL. Will be going to Bestbuy to get a 128 gig sd card which are on currently on sale or a big price drop.
