Glad to remind you of more books for your TBR pile

That's what I have noted too - that Giotto's Hand and Death and Restoration are still not available as e-books, and none except Immaculate Deception available in the US. I ended up getting pdf scans made of used DTB copies of the two that are still not available at all.
