So, I try to find the solution myself.
*Spoiler alert: I've managed to get English menu interface on Japanese Firmware*
What I did:
1. Install restore-set-1.0.05.11130-us, after installing this I got US version firmware running but I cannot connect to wifi and even worse USB didn't work (even the USB charging)
2. I tried to re-instal official US Sony firmware manually, but the reader refuse to install it
3. after panicking a bit, then I install japanese firmware 3.1.00.18240, downloaded from sony's website, and the install is running correctly this time
4. After reboot, all the problem (wifi & usb) solved, and as a bonus, the english menu interface is still there, and then I checked the Device Information and my reader is on version 3.1.00.18240 but with english interface
Well it's not exactly what I was looking for (i want to fully convert my reader to US version) but it's good enough for me. I'm not recommend it for anyone to try it, because so many things can go wrong, and your result may different than mine. But if you brave enough, you know what you should do
