I honestly didn't think Butcher could write a better Harry Dresden book than Dead Beat. Boy, was I wrong.

Big. Fat. Spoiler. Alert. Don't read any more until you've read the book.

It all makes so much more sense now! Jesus, how far ahead does Butcher plot out these novels?
Well, those two sentences are the only things spoiler free. To answer, apparently all the way from start to finish. Not every last detail, no, but all the important pieces. Every location, every major event. All he has to do is fill in the fluff in between, figure out how to get from point A to B to C, and who to take along for the ride. Easy. Well, not so easy.
