Caution should be used with Extract ISBN. Many books in my library contain more than one ISBN — often the copyright information contains the ISBN for one or more physical editions as well as an ISBN for the ebook version — and sometimes the one it pulls is even for an entirely different book. (No, really. I've got books where the endmatter teasers for other books include ISBNs, and Extract ISBN has pulled one of those instead of the one that is appropriate to the book.)

Automation only saves time if you don't have to go back and look at everything manually to fix the mistakes. :-)
