I'm very saddened nobody has responded to me. I have a HAKKO FX-888 Soldering iron in its box but don't have soldering experience (very little, i think I fried an old Iphone 3G years ago but successfully repaired the sim adapter once by soldering.)

If anybody can help me or guide me to do it right, I can attempt it myself. I have time to do the job right to fit anybody's schedule if anybody is willing to help me.

I really would appreciate anybody who is willing to help me.
