How long does Kobo take with a device replacement? I sent my defective device to Kobo, which they received last week. So Kobo has had my device for a week now with no updates.
Do I need to just wait longer? How long should I wait?
This all started when I recently purchased a refurbished Kobo Aura HD (yes itâÃÂÃÂs been discontinued for a while now) straight from Kobos official EBay storefront. It was defective on arrival and when I requested a return on eBay, Kobo reached out directly and setup a replacement through their customer service. Buuut still waiting for them to send me the replacement device.
