If I remember correctly, if you live in the U.S. and buy a Kobo from Indigo, you can automatically take advantage of the exchange rates. Right now it's 77¢ to the dollar. So that (theoretically) would make the cost of the Aura $77 to U.S. buyers. I don't know if there is any tax or shipping.
