A few ideas:

Something that can copy highlighted text and save it to a text file, with an option to include the sentence it's from, separated by a tab.
EPWING dictionary support.
Anki integration for language study or incremental reading. Either for making flashcards with the dictionary, or through highlighting. Cards could be made either automatically by using the dictionary for definitions, or with a popup to manually fill out the card's fields.
