@rolgiati: Err, what do you mean, *exactly* by "Started the Collections add-on"?
Because I'm still not seeing anything that isn't vanilla Calibre here (and that's not expected to work properly, even on legacy Kindles, so, no suprises there, although the unhandled exception is a bit harsh).
