Try manually rebooting by turning the Clara HD off then back on again by holding down on the power button in the back for a few seconds. Let go for a few seconds. Then hold the power button for another few seconds to turn the Kobo back on. You should see cycling ◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️ box icons. If that doesn't work, you didn't transfer the files correctly. Make sure you transferred all the contents of the uncompressed update file directly into the .kobo folder, not the kobo-update-4.10 folder itself.
