I just posted about this very same problem in another thread. Getting it repaired locally would cost $79.99. If it was *my* KA1, I'd plunk down the change, but it's for my daughter. I have no guarantee she won't just break it again. Or at least I thought she broke it. Maybe it's a design flaw. The tech who appraised her KA1 said that the USB port was loose.
