I switched to Kobo 2 years ago.. Not one problem! After the K3 Nothing but problems! Poor Lighting too many with uneven distorted lighting bright spots freezing & the list goes on. Lying CS that says they replacing with new NOT...just crappy refurbished device with same old problems.

Kobo problem is kobo location & not having them in stores in the US...hopefully Walmart will fix that.
