Boox Note 10.3 Slipcase
Just a quick note to say that the Boox Note 10.3 and the iPad Pro 10.5 are very close dimensionally, such that you can buy a sleeve or slipcase for the iPad and it will fit the Note. Of course a cover that physically clips onto the unit wouldn't fit so well.

Boox Note 10.3 dimensions:
249.5 x 177.8 x 6.8 mm

iPad Pro 10.5 dimensions:
250.6 x 174.1x 6.1 mm
