If you prefer, you can exclude the files which are not needed by commenting them out (or deleting the whole line) in the
patches section, e.g.

src/libnickel.so.1.0.0.yaml: usr/local/Kobo/libnickel.so.1.0.0

Short answer: Don't worry about it

Long answer: I remember going through this as well. There is some discussion about it a couple of weeks (months???) ago,
but I can't find it right now. ETA: It was 4 months ago! Post #40 onwards in this old thread
