Forcibly closed means THEY slammed the door in your face.

You may have done something that got you on their block list (too many hits in a short time, your ISP had a user that did a DoS attack, thus blocking your IP range)

You are in the wrong Locale, and are being rejected.

You are ugly

do you know which metadata site is rejecting you?
