I agree it is a waste of trees under normal circumstances. This is for a friend whose publisher went out of business. Fortunately the book was published a number of years ago and she owns the copyright, but doesn't have a hard copy or electronic copy of her manuscript - don't know why. Was wondering if there was a way to fix that since the kindle version is available.
