This has been at back of mind since I first installed calibre in Feb 2012, one of the first things I did was to move it out of Documents. That Documents became a dumping ground for everything that's not a Picture, Music, or Video irritates me no end.

I would like to see this as well. I actually was looking for the option during installation. Though I am able to keep Calibre locally, it still is backing up a copy of Calibre on Onedrive because Onedrive backs up Photos and Documents.
Edit: Just to note, I actually want Onedrive to back up my photos and documents, but not Calbre. So by default you get the one with the other, which is why it would be nice to locate Calibre someplace else during installation.
