Finished, and quite enjoyed. I've like this series from the beginning, and this latest one is a good example of it. Next up, the first in Mercedes Lackey's Owl Mage series, Owlflight. I nearly abandoned this after the first 2 hours of nothing but the main character's adolescent and purile whining about how bad his life was and how he was put upon. OK, I got it after 10 minutes, and I'll give you another 20 or so for emphasis. But enough! However, I got past that and I'm now rather enjoying it. And it makes a good book for swimming with, now that we're into the meat of the story.
