@Terisa - if you use the original "Calibre Library" directory as your actual library, and if you're not aware of the problems that can arise from having your library on a network drive, then, as a result of assuming the safest thing to do was to accept the different vendor defaults you might encounter the problems that can happen if you put your calibre library on a network drive.

In other words I'm suggesting that the combined effect of a hardware vendor's default settings for OneDrive and calibre's default settings for where it puts the "Calibre Library" directory could create a hazardous situation for neophytes.
