Put the EN Note Link in the Link cell in Authors entry in Manage Authors, viz:

Easiest way to get to the Authors entry in the Manage Authors list is via the Author's right click menu in the Book Details panel, viz

Then when you click on the Author's name in the Book Details panel of any book by that Author the EN note for that Author will display.
