Hi folks,
I would like to have an option in the calibre e-book viewer with which you can jump from one image to the next, skipping the main text. The reason is as follows. Normally I am reading ebooks on a Kobo Glo reader, which is fairly small and has a B&W screen. Therefore I use my PC to go through the images (and read the captions) in the calibre e-book viewer in full color and high resolution, without reading the main text.
Unfortunately this option does not exist as of yet, and the work arounds are pretty cumbersome, see discussion in this thread:

I do not have the relevant programming experience to make it myself.
Would someone be interested in developing such a plugin? Possibly other calibre users would be interested as well.
