I couldn't find any existing posts covering how to edit the context menu or buttons that display inside of Calibre. I've added some plugins, and I want to change where they show up in Calibre.

I've only seen the options come up once when I installed them, but I can't figure out how to find them again. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugins, but it's still not giving me the option to select where in Calibre the plugin displays its buttons/menus.

(The plugins I have are EpubMerge and Search the internet.)
