Yes, there are a few options:
- The Kobo patching system has several options for controlling page margins.
- If you decide to use calibre to format-shift your standard epubs to kepub during the send-to-device process, you probably don't need to do anything because kepubs, by default, have a header containing the book title.
- If neither of the above appeals to you then there is a calibre option which allows you to store a small CSS file in the root directory of your Kobo. This file will contain an @page statement (e.g. @page {margin-top: 20px}) and calibre will insert it into each epub during the send-to-device process. You can read about it here.
This method is a fix-once-and-forget-about-it option and requires minimal technical knowledge. If you decide to use it don't forget to configure your calibre Kobo driver (KoboTouch or KoboTouchExtended) to use it by checking the box labelled 'Modify CSS' at the bottom of the 'Collections, covers & uploads' tab.
You will need to resend any books already on the Kobo
