I'd offer you a synopsis, but there doesn't seem to be one. The cover does mention that the title includes an introduction by Steven King and includes a short story from "Fight or Flight," an anthology edited by Stephen King and Bev Vincent. The book is available for pre-order and will be available August 21.

Audible lists the length of the anthology at 10 hours (here and here). Audible also has three versions of this short story ranging in length from 37-42 minutes.
