No, I don't have any checksums for the images. And even if there were, then calculating one from the the SD card would be a waste of time. Even after a factory reset, the device is booted, so changes are being made to the root partition. And the book partition is formatted and will probably end up with a different serial number somewhere. Unless the checksum calculation is based on specific files on the device, any method I know of would produce a different value for each device.
And I have no idea what your concern is. Are you worried about a virus? If so, don't. These devices are running a customised Linux distribution. I very much doubt that anyone is going to be writing a virus that is going to b capable of running on it. The same goes for other forms of malware. A quick search here will show no discussion of anything like this.
If you want to make sure you are starting from scratch, I can send you the link to the image and you can restore that. But, personally, I think you are wasting your time and there are much more important things to worry about. Like, what book will I read now? Or, when will Jim Butcher finish the next Dresden Files book?
