I stumbled across this today while borrowing a library book in the kindle format. I can't post a link since it's tied to my account but here's what the offer looked like:

I'm guessing buying a kindle book or borrowing a library book in the kindle format will bring up this offer for other prime members. And my apologies if this has already been posted.

One last edit: most of the books are free to prime borrowers or kindle unlimited so this isn't much of a deal IMO
