I'd rate the Clara as a mid-tier device. The Aura and regular Kindle are what I consider entry level.

Actually, the Oasis wasn't even a contender until the recent price drop brought it to $179 for a refurb. That's the same price point at as the H20. The waterproofing and Audible support is nice and all, but not really useful to me since I don't read in the tub and use my smartphone for audiobooks. For me the major selling points were the large screen, the UI speed and responsiveness, and physical page turn buttons.
