Ok replacing the picture
For me is completely reproducible under windows 10
Replace with file does not work when propsed replacement file has exactly the same name and extension
What I did:
Saved cover.jpg from one book to hard disk
Opened another book to edit
Right click cover.jpeg (note jpeg not jpg) replace with file, select cover.jpg and hit Open, replacement works fine i see new image
Close book without saving
Rename cover.jpg on hard disk to be cover.jpeg
Open same book to edit
Right click cover.jpeg, replace with file, select cover.jpeg and hit Open, this time Doesnt work, the image in unchanged
Definitely reproducible!!
