Kindle PaperWhite 3 (2015) WiFi PW3 - G090G1 or Kindle Paperwhite (7th Generation) - latest firmware, out of warranty

Hi,
i have problem with Kindle, it is stuck on tree screen, no restart (20 s, 40 s, 2 min) works. If i plug it in pc, then screen changes to connect to pc, i can acces storage. So if i put there file DO_FACTORY_RESTORE with no extension, unplug, restart, then it goes to first time guide and then works normally until i turn it of, then i am back at begining, stuck on tree screen.

I can do .bin updates too. Light does not work at all.
